We ship all orders using DHL for fast, reliable delivery.

Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery times: EU countries typically 3–7 business days, while outside the EU delivery times vary depending on location.

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a DHL tracking link by email.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect). Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

🛠 Warranty

All our carts come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.

Covers: manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use.

Does not cover: damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications, as well as normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic marks).

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem.
